Richmond Spokes was a entrepreneurial youth training project founded in Richmond, California.  it empowered young entrepreneurs to design, plan, market and execute their ideas.  Youth participants in  Spokes provide local, national, and international cyclists with professional bicycle services, sales and accessories. Our staff consisted of cycle cultured adults who partner with youth participants to make our communities greener, safer and more sustainable city.
