United Cycling Voices is a national alliance of bicycle advocates representing communities with under representation in cycling advocacy resources, and infrastructure.
Misson: Our mission is to advocate, to educate, and to engage decision makers to ensure inclusiveness and equity for all aspects of cycling culture, economy and policy.
Vision: We envision equity and voice in the cycling world encouraging cycling in under represented communities as a visible core mode of transportation and supported (Involved) in advocacy and the bike industry and economy.

What would be better than to Pop-up a Bike shop in the neighborhoods and regions with the most need for mobility health and economy run and managed by the consumers that would be patrons and customers?
Pop up bike shops follow in a tradition of businesses that serve a need and purpose but more importantly contribute to a community by deploying practical useful empowering services that can be phased into permanent business and economic opportunities.
Spokes Pop Up Bike shops allow and support interested communities the opportunity to apply for grants and rally support that would provide needs assessment, startup capital, infrastructure and employment training for their approved groups to receive a fully launch able community bike shop designed to meet the needs of their market.

The Community Bike Collective mission is to create a collaboration between the community based bicycle organizations springing up Nationally in the United States and Urban Centers near SPOKES' Chapters.
It is our goal that through resource sharing and collaborative organizing, to mobilize the greening of our communities by promoting the reduction of our individual and regional carbon footprint, increasing community health, encouraging a collective social movement, and liberating our region from the disconnect and the addictions created by oil dependency through cycling.
